Antique Charles Field Haviland Hand Painted Gold Filigree Plum 12.25" Platter.
Stunning antique Charles Field Haviland white porcelain oval platter with hand painted designs featuring a center branch of purple plums with blue bow-like images to the north and south on a mint green and gold lined edge, embossed filigree swirls and sprays around the handles, and gold plated accents. There's a chip in one of the handles where a section of the porcelain and gold plate broke away. There's a crack that extends from the center of the chip through to the back of the handle where another small chip is present. The bottom of the platter is impressed with the Initials CFH. It measures approximately 12 1/4" long and 8 3/8" wide. Circa 1868-1881
