Gorgeous antique Haviland & Co soup plate with beautiful hand painted roses and small yellow and blue flowers. It features a large rim with blue edge. The bottom is stamped Haviland & Co Limoges H & Co L. It measures approximately 9" in diameter. There's some very light fading on the tip of a couple leaves in the flower design.
