Gorgeous antique flow blue serving bowl with gold gilt filigree edge and a center dahlia flower motif. The bottom is stamped with the Upper Hanley hallmark. It's numbered with a stamped blue "2" and hand signed with a gold number 2. The bowl measures 2 1/4" tall and 10" in diameter.
