Modern Monet rectangle rhinestone studded adjustable black velvet choker. Choker features a rectangular focal point studded with clear rhinestones. Beaded links attached to the pendant lead to a black velvet necklace with adjustable end. The extention chain lengthens the necklace from 11 1/2" to 14 1/2". The extension also features an oval chain tag marked Monet on both sides. This choker is new without tags.
