Beautiful sterling silver designer pendant with a center oval cut amethyst and it's surrounded by white topaz stones. The bail is stamped 925 rii. The pendant, including the bail is 21.4mm tall. The stones are likely lab-created and were tested with a diamond selector II by following the size and temperature instructions.
