Gorgeous sterling silver cushion cut padparsdscha orange sapphire and diamond accent ring. In the center of this ring is a large cushion cut orange sapphire set in a unique clover-like setting. The setting features 2 small diamonds, 1 on the top left, the other on the bottom right. The shoulders of the ring feature 2 leaf accents on each side as part of the band. The ring appears to represent a flower with a large orange center flower bud (the sapphire). The ring is stamped 925 and is a size 7. It's new with tags.
