Gorgeous vintage 10k yellow gold ring with a bezel set hand carved shell cameo featuring a woman with long flowing hair looking down to the left. The inside of the ring is stamped 10k with the maker's hallmark but is illegible as it was only partially punched. It looks like it could be the initials BO. The ring is a size 5 1/2. Comes with a gray velvet jewelry box.
