The back reads, in blue, In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of W Goebel Hummelwerk W Germany 1871 1971 First Edition M.J. Hummel Annual Plate 1971. Below that is stamped Hum 264 by W Goebel W Germany 1970. Plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Does not have original box. Measures 7 1/2" in diameter.
