Beautiful small white vintage porcelain basket or trinket/ring dish with raised 3D flowers in blue, white and yellow. The inside features hand painted ladybells or similar bell flowers. The bottom is stamped Germany in black ink. The dish measures 3 1/2" wide and 2" tall. There's a broken petal on the bottom of the white flower
