Vintage Royal Doulton figurine of a man sitting on a wooden crate wearing a black hat and trenchcoat and holding several balloons. The bottom is stamped Made In England Royal Doulton England The Balloon Man H.N. 1954. He measures approximately 7" tall. The figurine is in excellent condition with no known chips or cracks.
