Beautiful vintage sterling silver safety pin brooch with 3 dangling charms. The side dangles have a round bead and a heart charm. The center has a bead, 2 opalite leaf beads, a filigree open heart charm and an enamel flower charm. The brooch measures approximately 2 1/4" long, 2" wide, and the sterling filigree heart measures 18.1mm wide
