Stunning antique sterling silver pill or poison ring with detailed twist wire and bead embellishments. The lid opens to a small space to hold a variety of tiny things. The band has a linear pattern and, unusually, has the makers stamps on the outside of the band. The ring is heavily tarnished. It's a small size 4. It's not clear if this is Navajo or Mexican, but the twist wire and beads were frequently used in jewelry from these tribes and artists and believed to have this same origin.
