Beautiful vintage decorative porcelain collector's art plate with Happy Anniversary designed to look like twigs surrounded by a frame of flowers, butterflies, and doves, with a pair of cherubs at the bottom. The plate measures 9 7/16" in diameter. The back is stamped in blue with the maker's information and artist's name. The plate is from The Collection of Love by Jena Hall and is #265. Made in the USA circa 1992.
